Happy New Year!

For New Year's Eve we headed to Keri and Matthew's in Washington. By this time Brian and Adam and their families had joined the NW holiday party. When we got there everyone but us preggo ladies headed out for an easy hike/walk. When everyone got back we had a yummy dinner and then played an evening of games. We got a kick out of Backward's Charades which Adam and Meghan introduced us to--backwards because only one person guesses while their entire team acts out. We had a really fun night! Part of the Portland crowd headed back home early but we stayed for midnight and rang in the new year.

Since we got up early New Year's Day for church we decided to move our traditional New Year's breakfast to Monday morning. It was so yummy and pretty intense with so much food to choose from, including Dad's bacon grease eggs which I have to partake of once a year (but only once, they may give me heart failure if I eat them more than that).
